Welcome to Meg Davies Design. By using this website, placing an order, submitting a form, or requesting a commission or mural project, you agree to the terms below.

Website Use

This website is here to share my artwork, sell available pieces and products, provide information about commissions and murals, and share updates about events, stockists, and studio work. Please do not misuse this website, interfere with how it works, attempt to access private areas, or copy content from the site without permission.

Artwork, Images, and Copyright

All artwork, images, designs, written content, product photos, and creative materials on this website belong to Meg Davies Design unless otherwise noted. Purchasing an original, print, card, gift item, commission, or mural does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may enjoy and display the artwork for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, alter, resell, publish, distribute, or use the artwork commercially without written permission. This includes using artwork or images for logos, merchandise, marketing materials, digital products, social media graphics, prints, resale products, artificial intelligence training, or any other commercial use without written approval.

Product Information

I do my best to show and describe each item clearly. Product photos, colors, sizes, materials, and descriptions are provided to help you choose the right piece. Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly from screen to screen. Framing, room mockups, or styled photos are for display purposes unless the product page clearly states that a frame or additional item is included. Product availability, pricing, descriptions, shipping options, and product details may change at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, I will contact you with next steps.

Orders and Payment

Orders must be paid in full at checkout unless a separate written arrangement has been made for a commission, mural, or other custom project. Once your order is submitted, you should receive confirmation through the website or payment platform. Please review your order details carefully before submitting, including shipping address, email address, product selection, and quantity. If there is an issue with your order, contact me as soon as possible.

Shipping

Orders ship from Virginia. Shipping costs and available shipping options are shown at checkout. Shipping timelines can vary based on order type, studio schedule, carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other factors outside my control. I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues once an order has been handed off to the carrier. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label if possible. These photos help me review the issue and determine the best next step.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Because artwork, prints, paper goods, and gifts are handled, packed, and shipped with care, returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If something is wrong with your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Custom work, commissions, murals, gift cards, sale items, and specially requested products are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you need to cancel an order, contact me right away. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Commissions

Submitting a commission request does not guarantee that the project will be accepted. Commission pricing, timeline, payment schedule, revision expectations, and project details will be confirmed before work begins. Pricing may depend on size, complexity, materials, schedule, reference needs, and other project details. A deposit may be required to reserve time on my schedule. Deposits are typically non-refundable once the project has been accepted, scheduled, or started. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright and reproduction rights remain with Meg Davies Design after a commissioned piece is completed.

Murals

Submitting a mural inquiry does not guarantee that the project will be accepted. Mural pricing depends on size, complexity, wall condition, surface type, location, materials, timeline, travel, prep work, and installation needs. A quote and project terms will be confirmed before work begins. Travel fees may apply for mural projects outside my immediate area. Exterior and commercial murals may require additional preparation, materials, protective coating, or site coordination. The client is responsible for making sure the mural location is available, accessible, and approved for the work requested. For rented, leased, commercial, shared, or public spaces, written permission from the property owner or authorized decision-maker may be required before work begins.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used toward eligible purchases through Meg Davies Design. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Meg Davies Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift card information.

Events, Stockists, and Third-Party Locations

This website may share information about events, galleries, shops, stockists, and other places where my work may be available. Availability may vary by location. If you are looking for a specific piece, print, card set, or gift, please contact the shop directly or reach out through the Contact page.

Links To Other Websites

This website may link to other websites, galleries, shops, social media platforms, payment processors, shipping carriers, or third-party services. I am not responsible for the content, policies, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Privacy

Any personal information submitted through this website, including order details, contact forms, newsletter signups, or commission requests, is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for more information.
